Goddeeris is facing a major challenge with the achievement of a BHAG over a period of about 10 years. With this innovative view of the future, we want to make the entire organization ready. The innovative work organization we want to work out in detail with:

• An active work organization with self-managing teams and clear division of tasks.
• Good communication throughout the organization and follow-up of internal and external projects.
• People who feel attracted to work at Goddeeris and who share our philosophy.
• Employees who will grow together with Goddeeris through their competences and through tailor-made training.
• The establishment of an evaluation policy that is supported by the managers and the organization.

In order to realize this, Goddeeris receives 80,000 EUR support from ESF (European Social Fund), Flanders and Europe.
